Laser moves to start/fires but doesn’t move

Been having on going issues for the last week and a half with my ortur master 2 pro S2. The laser once in a while goes to start position on a new job, turns on but doesn’t move, burning a hole. I have to stop and return to homing. Running Lightburn on a newer pc laptop windows 10, and changed power saving mode on the USB ports to disabled also upgraded the 2.0 USB cable. I do have an Ortur SF module that came with my laser and an Ortur LF module that I purchased and had for about a month now, but noticed this only happens when using the LF module. Another issue while using this module is I did switch to a roller to try etching a glass for the first time, did all the steps including a line test on tape around the glass to see where the ends meet. I couldn’t get it to leave a line on the tape with speed at 800 and power at 50, double checked the focus still nothing. Took the tape off and was able to get a faint line on the black paint I sprayed on the glass to etch on. After that been having problems with the power on that module, sometimes it will barely leave an engraving other times it works fine on day to day basis. So just been trying to narrow things down to what it might be, the software and firmware are up to date, checked all connections which are fine. My last resort is a faulty laser module or I’m getting interruption on the power source, but has been fine up till the updates I did but think its coincidence. This is my console, last 2 jobs are from today I had to do a test for where I got the module from and do a video, first test I did, sure enough the laser went to start, turned on and didn’t move.

This is Sounding to me like a power adapter issue, but need to be certain
Could you do this for me
Enable fire button on your Pro (device settings)
restart lightburn
raise the LF so is out of focus and set fire button to 10%
Then in console type
?
press enter
like 10 times in a row

Can you copy/paste the console output please?

No Problem, I will send my info to a ticket support again. They couldn’t find anything wrong neither other than it being a usb connection issue. But did as they said to replace the cord and changed the power saving mode on my new laptop. I have video of the module moving to start a job, turning on and just burning in one spot. I was also burning a chain the other day straight across a bamboo cutting board as a test, it started off pretty good and about halfway noticed it started burning really deep like it had increased in power. I thought maybe it was the inconsistency of the bamboo but it was pretty deep to be that in my opinion. I really think it’s the module. My SF module has not yet gone to start and burned a hole in one spot nor fluctuate in power like my LF is. I bought the LF module from “Made The Best” and talked to their tech support and they saw the video of it stopping and the console output, and a test they wanted me to do with the laser at 3500spd / 100pwr , said everything is fine. I will figure this out sooner or later, I have a new LF module on order from Ortur just to see. Anyway, thank you for your time and help. Sorry for the long reply.
