Laser not burning on Ortur Master 1 / M2190

Hello,

I’m recently new to laser engraving. I obtain an ortur laser but not 100% sure which model it is. It’s either the m210 or the master 1. When I connect to light burn it identifies the laser as Ortur (210x210). Aside from not knowing what model laser I have, the laser seems to work fine but when I run a program nothing is being engraved. I’ve had the power at 100% with cardboard and nothing burns. The laser and fan both run but it seems like the laser doesn’t have enough power. My computer has the latest version of light burn and my laser has the latest firmware and the S-value is at 1000. Thank you for any help you can provide.

Where is the s value you are referring to? Can you show the cut/layer window?
