When we start the laser it does not engrave the full picture. When it comes out it looks like nothing. How do I fix this?

Btw, engraving depends on a lot of things, which material are you engraving, at which speed and power. You have to do a lot of test to obtain the result you are looking for.
Over all if this is your first experience with laser engraving.
