Ok, getting pretty frustrated. Trying to complete a couple projects but the laser - Kentoktool JL5 - stops randomly just after starting the burn. Sometimes the laser turns off, sometimes it stays on to burn completely thru the wood. Im about to toss the whole thing in the street. I cant tell if its the machine or the software. It does this on everything now, short or long projects. Any help will be appreciated.
The only thing displayed on the console is

Seems your M8 command is triggering some error in the controller
Do this as a test though, drop the layer power to 0%, do it still causes the error?
Also please update to 1.6.03
The only indication on the console is unknown command M8. Tried the low power run. Works fine for any non-human image. Anything with a human in it fails after the laser makes 6 -10 passes. Rescan at 180 degrees gets same results.
Open edit > settings and try M7.
