Laser stops, cant find the reason

Hi there,

Im fighting with one issue and cant find a solution.

My laser from time to time stops and it shows this in the console.

Any thoughts? Please help

It is a possibility that the power supply is responsible for a loss of power causing the engraver to restart.

What is the model name and model number of the engraver and have you performed any upgrades or modifications?

I already changed the usb cables, power supply, I did grounding, changed settings of the usb ports. The problem is still here.

Im using Vigotech VG7LP lasers. Both has the same problem. One more ofthen than the ofther, but in the console its always the same info G1X2…
