Not on a first glance, but there are odd values. Why do you have different steps/mm for x and y axis? Is this true?

You did not tell us what you did try.
1, Does the laser light up using the Fire button in the Move window?
2. Is this for one Lightburn file or all files?
3. Did it do anything strange, like intermittent, before quitting completely?
