Lasermaster will not burn

need help… have GRBL and Lightburn don’t know what I did wrong but
both run laser with a white light that does not burn at all? Did work before light burn?

When you say “Did work before light burn?”, is this a question or a statement? If statement, what software did you use to successfully use this laser?
