Latest version has killed my lightburn installation

Since updating my lightburn AND paying for a NEW licence I find that lightburn no longer opens my files. What does lightburn intend to do to sort this out. Meanwhile I’m out of pocket one software licence! NOT IMPRESSED!

Have you considered that it may not be LightBurn that’s at fault?
You’ve provided no information for anyone to even guess at what the issue might be.

How about not opening files for a start! Files that previously opened and worked perfectly on my laser!! As previously good files no longer function in lightburn. Clearly it’s a lightburn issue. Not fit for purpose. Not of merchantable quality! What’s to consider?

Maybe try loading a prefs backup file from when it worked.
After close and restart Lightburn.

just reinstalled 1.4.04. works fine. Lightburn owes me a refund!!!

Why did you have to purchase a new license? You own your license forever. You simply pay $30 to renew your ability to do updates. I’ve run each and every version for years, including many many Beta versions and have never had any issues. You really haven’t given much information on exactly what your issue is. Screenshots help a lot to try and figure out what is going on. 1.6.03 works just fine for TONS of people. The more information you can provide, the more likely you are to get help.
