Hello,
I was just trying the lead-in option and it doesn’t seem to work properly.
I basically have a square with a circle inside it.
The lead-in is on the outside of the square as it should be, but it also ends up on the outside of the circle when it should be on the inside.
Shouldn’t the software know that the circle is inside another shape so the lead-in should be on the inside?
Also, the toolpath stops and reverses at the lead-in point, which is the opposite of the purpose of the lead-in since that means the laser will “pause” at that point on every pass to reverse direction. Even though it would be a slight delay, I would think that brings in a chance of excessive burning at the lead-in, which is the exact opposite of the purpose of lead-ins.
Are these 2 bugs or is that the intended function?
