Library will not stay docked

Why is it when I click on the library tab to be docked on my window, it floats as a separate
window and I cannot get it to dock with the other tabs? I am using version 1.3.01

A couple of things to watch out for: You may have to pause in the target docking area longer than you expect. A few seconds rather than a few milliseconds. Note that it’s the position of the mouse pointer that’s grabbing the window title bar that determines docking activation. It’s not just the title bar at any point. Hold the position of the mouse pointer while dragging a title bar directly over the center of the docking pane. It’s not near the tabs, it’s not on top of another title bar. You …
