1 is in my office and the second I put in my garage for the laser.
when I enter the key in the software which is in the garage and which is well connected to the internet, a message tells me that the key is not valid. ?

How are you entering the key? If you’re manually entering it then it may be possible that you’re entering the values incorrectly. Try copy-paste from the original email that included the key.
