License Key, adding second computer

I got Lightburn with the purchase of my laser and they provided my license key. I don’t know that I ever set up an account myself, and now that I’m trying to set up a second computer and access it, I’m unable to. I attempted retreiving my password on the license portal log in and an email never comes through. (Checked spam as well to be sure I didn’t miss it.) I’d love any advice on how to get the second computer going. Thank you!

What happens when you attempt to add your key to the second computer?

It’s possible that the license key is not associated with you. I’d suggest sending an email to support@lightburnsoftware.com explaining the situation and they’ll be able to guide you in what you need to do.

I will try that email, thank you! I do not have the key, but am trying to find it so we can add lightburn to my husbands computer as well. I appreciate the help!
