Hi! I searched the forum, but didn’t see a direct answer. I got a new computer and didn’t deactivate my license key on my old machine before I erased it. I have a license through Thunder Laser. They suggested I contact you to get the license key assigned to my email so I can manage it and use it on my new computer. I emailed support yesterday but haven’t heard anything. I can’t use my software right now until I get this resolved. I’d appreciate any help!
