my lightbrun program is stuck i cant exited laser wont connect and it is stuck have way down the page.

i have a dell windows 10 laptop 64 bit. laser ortur lm2 using.gbrl controller… lb v 9.64. . its been running fine. then all of a sudden it crashed. the lb screen is have way down the screen of the laptop it won’t connect i tried rebooting no luck i have tried two diffrent usb cables with no luck ,any input i would appreciate. Thanks.
