Light burn does not connect to laser

I have changed computers and reinstalled Lightburn but it wont connect to my laser, it connected and worked great on the old computer but now it wont connect to the lase, I have tried USB and also Network cable but neither works. Any suggestions please?

You may need a driver on that computer for USB. There is a checkbox at the end of the LightBurn to install the Windows version. Installing Lightburn - LightBurn Software Documentation

tried this to the letter but still not connecting,

I re-installed lightburn, this time I clicked the FTDI button and its now working on the USB. Many thanks for your help,
