Lightburn 1.7.0.0 NOT LOADING

Just downloaded the update to 1.7 and it will not load up on my PC, removed it and reinstalled. anyone got any ideas

Going morning, I have been using the 1.7 prerelease for a few weeks now. Lastnight I closed the program and went to open it and nothing happened. I tried my 1.6 and it opened fine. I tried 1.7 again and still nothing. I uninstalled 1.7 and downloaded the lastest release and installed it. The install went fine. But again, when I double click the desktop icon, the curser spins like it is going to open and nothing happens. I never get a lightburn splash screen. Has anyone encountered this i…

Anch’io ho installato la versione 1.7 ma non si apre niente, ho reinstallato la versione precedente e tutto funziona correttamente.

I also installed version 1.7 but nothing opens, I reinstalled the previous version and everything works correctly.

If the solution provided doesn’t work, install “visual studio” after lifgthburn:

Did you attempt updating both X86 and X64 c++ Redistributables Ray?

I had the same issue but installing vc redistributable again worked.
