Lightburn all of the sudden not connecting to wifi?

I’ve been using Lightburn for a while now with no issue and all of the sudden it stopped connecting to the wifi!
I’ve tried everything – deleting Lightburn and reinstalling, removing all devices and recoonecting the wifi, even buying a new license key even though my old one was still valid.
I am using an Ortur laser master 3.
Any assistance would be GREATLY appreciated as we’re going into the holiday season and orders for my business are piling up!

You’re confusing me a bit. LightBurn doesn’t connect to wifi. Your computer and the laser independently would connect to wifi. LightBurn will address the laser through the IP address assigned to the laser.

Are you saying that LightBurn doesn’t communicate to the laser?

If so, can confirm that the laser has been assigned an IP address from the router. Can you ping the laser from your computer, leaving LightBurn out of the picture?
