Lightburn crash... when I saving the project

Hello,
I`m still having problem with saving my project.
The software freezes and shuts down.
I have a problem on both computers so I rule out a problem with a hardware.
It doesnt help to reinstal, it doesnt help to instal an older version Lightburn.
My previous topic was left untouched and closed. Please… help me…

I have a log file.

Where are you saving the project to?
NAS (network storage)?
OneDrive?
Cloud (MS, Apple, etc.)?
USB Thumb Drive?
Remote storage device?

Im saving to hard drive or on a portable drive…
This is the same problem.
I have a problem on both of my PCs.

Windows or IOS?
Operating system version?
Using a firewall?
Using a virus checker, if so, which?
What else is plugged into the PC?
(These are questuons you will have to answer no matter who helps you.)

If the problem exists on both machines saving to the local H.D., then I think this is where @LightBurn can likely help you better than I can.

Lightburn should never crash … I’ve tried to write to system directories and it advises that it couldn’t create the file.

If you have the .lbrn2 file and the log you should ship it to support.

Maybe @Rick has a suggestion…

Good luck

It was 2 years ago and that was a different problem. Then I was disabling a autosave.
Now I cant save my work at all. :frowning:

Win11 Home
22H2
No firewall
Virus checker off
No additionel devices

Yes, the problem exist on both machines.

What are you trying to save? Does it hang before or after you see the window that lets you choose the filename?

In general, if you require direct support from LightBurn staff, not our community, you’re better off to email support@lightburnsoftware.com. We do our best to provide support here on the forum as well, but an email will never be missed, where posts here can be.

I wrote to support. If there is a solution, I will definitely share it here. Below is a YT link to what exactly is happening.

Does the crash occur if you save to a local drive rather than Onedrive?

I dont use it an onedrive…

Does this not indicate that the Pulpit folder resides within OneDrive?
