I have a laptop with Linux Ubuntu 22.04.
Both the built-in webcam and an external webcam connected via USB work flawlessly with various video programs such as OBS.
However, when I try to select a camera in Lightburn, Lightburn crashes immediately. I tried Lightburn 1.2.01, 1.3.01 and also the beta version 1.4.00. It’s always the same effect.
The “Camera capture system” option is also missing from the settings.
Who can help?
Some other users have run into the same issue without root cause identified or direct fix found. Using Ubuntu 20.04 resolved the issue.
This is only an option on Windows.
