Lightburn for beginners

Can anyone point me to a link “youtube” for “pre-101 LightBurn”? I’ve been playing with the software and making (not sure what I’m doing) changes to a file for cutting. Moving outlines to last layer for last cut, moving holes to first “line” to be cut, am I suppose to save as .lbrn2 or export as something else? This is where the drawing is when I save it, in the middle of the work area and after it’s saved and I go back into it it’s off the work area.

Use File->Save or Save As. Save to .lbrn2.

You Open files to modify them or to run a job.

You Import files if you want to bring a design from one file into your current design.

In our documentation, this is a good place to start, and continue to completion of 'Your First Project

How To use LightBurn is another section well worth review when starting out.

And for videos,

Thank you Rick for your suggestion. I’ll re-watch the couple of u-tubes again the first and 2nd, but I don’t remember it mentioning about how to save the files and in what format!

@ berainlb offered the correct information above. Is something in particular not working for you?
