Lightburn not responding\crashh

hello. i have windows11 , and lightburn latest version and after i got the new co2 laser, after 2-3h i get crash to lightburn, but not just 1 time, i mean 4-5 times in 30 min… , i tryed to reinstall and upgrade everything to last version.. still the same. with old laser , no error no crash. please help . thank you

“Crash” is used to describe a lot of situations. Can you provide details?

  1. Screen capture of any error messages.
  2. What do you do to recover?
  3. Is the USB cable to the new machine different from that for the old machine that works?

Yeah , the new laser has usbA both , and the old one usbB-UsbA. The error is that classic one

And the classic answer it to replace it with a quality shielded cable with ferrites on it. But I suspect you know that.
