LightBurn Print Driver - Epilog Support

General Question - i’m not new to lightburn however, i was able to score a killer deal on an epilog helix 50 that uses a print driver to send the work over to the laser. I am coming across mixed messaged for LB and support of this type of print driver utility stuff. I see that LB supports “print in black” and “print in color” which theoretically should support sending the laser job directly to an epilog or print driver based laser. Can this be confirmed as working?

Ideally i would like to stick with what i know rather than having to work through the epilog print driver as i feel LB has more to offer in way of features and i feel far more comfortable in being able to design, scale, and subsequently print the item through LB.

Lightburn on an Epilog Laser

I was looking at an Epilog CO2 laser. I asked the company if their machines worked with lightburn. They weren’t sure as they support Corel draw. The said all files are sent to an Epilog print driver for processing. So my question will Lightburn work?

LightBurn does not currently support direct communication with Epilog laser systems. You can use LightBurn to generate art and arrange as you’d like, then produce a print file for importation and use with the Epilog Print Driver software for the production.
