Lightburn Software Crash - Version 2.0.00 and above

Hi All,
Im still having issues where Lightburn Crashes on opening using any version 2.0.00 or newer.
Version 1.7.08 is the latest version I can get to work.
I’ve sent the crash log to Lightburn support, but have had very little response, none of which has worked.
does anyone have any suggestions on what may be causing this?

Hello, seems a C++ Issue
Recent Windows updates have been known to roll back C++ Redistributables, which LightBurn - as well as other programs - need to correct function.

Hi,
I have run the C++ Updater, re-installed the latest Lightburn (Crashed again with the same crash logs) and then checked the Windows Logs. there are no Red Errors relating to Lightburn.
I might need to get our IT crowd to login and see what could be causing it

If you are working on a network, it could be any one of a dozen reasons, all network related.

Could you please provide us with a bit of information on your OS and computer specifications?

This is an issue we’ve seen before, but on a very small % of users.

We are attempting to find a common variable that could explain this.
