I downloaded and ran LightBurn-v1.7.07 earlier this month. Now it will not launch.
What I’ve tried and failed thus far.
- Reinstalled LightBurn-v1.7.07 version again.
- Checked running applications under Task Manager thinking a previous was running and hung, which wasn’t the case.
- Tried several suggestions from the forum which didn’t work (restart Windows 11 system, hold shift key when launching.) None worked.
- I tried applying a recent patch I found in the forum. IDK the link for that patch seemed to just download the LightBurn-v1.7.07 all over again. This didn’t work either.
Curious, other than this forum, how do you contact support? Particularly when the application doesn’t run.
Update: I uninstalled the Lightburn 1.7.07 entirely from system. Disabled a whole bunch of startup items (They likely had nothing to do with problem but?), restarted, installed the previous version Lightburn-v1.7.06 and tried to run it. It doesn’t startup. So now I’m questioning my system updates.

Unfortunately I have no choice but to load RD Works to get some work accomplished.
