I’m having a lot of trouble getting a connection between the Lightburn software and my Atezr P10. I’ve tried all the Com options in the dropdown menu. It sometimes says Ready, but often it says Disconnected. I’ve tried a new USB cord. I’ve rebooted my laptop (Windows 11). I have no idea what else to try. Any ideas?
Make sure you have no other app trying to connect to the laser. Reboot and make sure you open LightBurn before any other app.
