2/ Lightburn software with license
3/ Reality Falcon CR Laser 10w
I purchased the laser recently and I have not been able to connect the laser, when I search for it, laser not found.
The Lightburn software is loaded and operates on my Mac.
I even thought about getting help from a computer repair shop. However, I thought I would hear first. I have spent approximately 1 week, watching Youtube to no avail. Any suggestions to help me out. Thanks.
Lightburn talks to the usb via the OS, so if the OS isn’t seeing it, Lightburn will never be able to connect.

There is also discussions that the Mac uses USB 3.0, most of these devices are USB 2.0. Many have found it necessary to use a hub to force the Mac into USB 2.0 mode…
