hi, I am trying to use my new atom stack laser s10 pro but I am having the hardest time connecting it to light burn. also, my small monitor isn’t even turning on.
That sounds pretty strange. Any lights on? Is the power supply working? Does it work with the factory software?

Hi, mine arrived with the red emergency button stuck down. Try turning it to release. I have not gotten lightburn to detect mine either yet but the control module is at least booting and the screen works now.
