Appreciate, any help.

Try on windows》search %temp% and %temps% delete everything which can be deleted.
some files can’t be deleted it’s normal.

Found a lot of files under %temp% → delete all authorized files
Found nothing under %temps%

I didn’t believe it, but IT’S WORKS.
LightBurn can be opened now.

Thanks a lot.

With pleasure, I am delighted to have been able to give a helping hand,

With pleasure too.
It’s not just an helping hand.
You save my LightBurn license.
I’m a software developer and I can’t imagine that a software can be repair by just deleting some tmp files.
You are beyond an engineer, you are like a demi-god

Cheers to @Ganitta28
