Lightburns returns to zero X axis between each shape cut

I upgraded Ver. 1.7.08 to the latest version, and after each shape cut, Lightburn returns to 0 on the x axis at the cut speed, and then returns to either the start point of the shape cut and ends, or returns to start the next shape cut if multiple shapes. This GREATLY slows everything down. Is there a setting to prevent this? I have reverted back to Ver 1.7.08 to stop this from happening. I’m using a xTool S1.

It’s a known bug. Read this: Laser moves diagonal after every cut

With the xTool S1, it’s important to set up the device by following these instructions:

I’m aware of jogging-related issues in the 2.0 with machines working in negative coordinates, but unsure whether these are related to what you are describing - I’ll forward it to one of our Devs for evaluation.

If you haven’t already, please follow the instructions from the above link and let us know.

This could be the reason for the problems you are describing!
