what a time for a Lightburn issue … shut everything down working fine on Friday… today, crank up me 3 computers with the soft ware, an yes I have a paid lics., but the software will only open on 2 including the one my laser is attached to . Double click an I get the lil blue circle churning an that stops an nothing happens. Tried from shortcuts, from exe file in folder, an even tried downloading a trial on one thinking it might repair, booted system off an restarted … any ideas?? got a lot of xmas work to do !!!

nope, the 2 computers with issues I had trouble getting 1.7 running an I was sent a link to an operating program – maybe that is it (I can’t find the link)
Can you try the steps described here please?

Thanks for the honor. Lightburn can no longer be started for me either. Thanks for your tip, Lightburn is now working again.
I followed the procedure and installed v 1.7.1,that worked but now when I open Lightburn, it wants to know if I should load 1.7.03?

If you have not resolved this by now, you don’t “load” updated versions of Lightburn. If you click yes, it will download an executable to your (Windows) Downloads folder. You can then run the EXE whenever you are ready to update.
