Low power output for framing and focus

I am new to lightburn. I am trying to get a low power dot output when outlining my intended burn pattern. What is the easiest way to do this? Also want to be able to check my focus so I need a low power output for that. I can’t seem to find the button or setting. Any help would be appreciated.
