i get this message with MM ? and im up to date and my mac is only 12 months old ,if that ?? does that mean i wont be able to use MM on my Mac’s soon??

This explains it very well. Yes, MM and LB will work on new Macs in the future.

Yep, they will have it all in place before Apple upgrades the OS to require native ARM apps.
