I have a tts pro with GRBL but Im not able to connect it with the lightburn software. Any ideas?
What MacOs exactly, can you post a “about this mac” screenshot?
What cable are you using. USBa or USBc?

[/quote]its a usba cable which is what came with the machine. Im using bigsur 11.7.9. I would attach something but I don’t see that option here.
Plug your USB cable, power machine
Open a terminal and type: ioreg -p IOUSB
Press enter, send output
Then reverse the USBc port on your mac
type ioreg -p IOUSB
again
Send output

I did as you instrcted and Im getting this message now. I thought this was suppose to be plug n play.

As for what i requested you sent nothing yet
you told me to put these commands in terminal and after that I tried connecting my machine and receive the screen shot I pasted in this thread
