Hallo Markus,

Vielen Dank fuer Deinen Beitrag.
Ich habe auch einen K40 China Laser mit Makerbase DLC32 board und TS35-R Display
Es funktioniert alles bis auf den Laser.
Laser Testknopf funktioniert.
Laser per gcode funktioniert nicht.

Vom Netzteil kommt ein ipoiliges Stepperkabel raus
Blau=5rV
Rot=GND
Schwarz=L
Gruen-=VIN

Ich habe L mit GND und DLC32-GND verbunden.
Leider bekomme ich am Laser-Port kein Signal und ChatGPT moechte , dass ich FluidNC installiere und dadurch das Display aufgebe.
Verstehe ich richtig, dass Du bin auf Spindle- Minus verbunden hast ?

Ich waere ueber Deine Tipps dankbar, gerne auch auf anderen Kanaelen

Das ist schon mal ein gutes Zeichen.

Welchen GCode sendest du dem controller?

Wenn du einige Fotos der aktuellen Verkablung senden würdest, könnte das uns einen Hinweis geben.

Für einmal muss ich ChatGPT recht geben, aber ich bin ein FluidNC-Fanboy :slight_smile:
Es stimmt, dass dann das Display nicht mehr funktioniert, und du müsstest einiges selber konfigurieren.

Lass uns so oder so vorerst die richtige Verdrahtung sicherstellen.

In the meantime I am using FluidNC instead, but same issue so far.

The Gcode im am using is
e.g.

M5 S100

but no output.
Recently I learned, that the TTL is just output DURING movement and is 0 during silence for safety reasons

Try this please:

  • Put on your laser safety glasses :slight_smile:
    Enter this in the console:
    M3 G1 F100 S42.5
    and this command to turn it off
    M3 G1 F100 S42.5

Unfortunately i am back at homing.
I used config from

My problem: i dont use a z axis and my virtual z axis is constantly triggering zneg,
so homing does not work

any thougths ?

According to the FluidNC docs here, you need to set the “cycle” for the Z axis to -1 to disable Z in the homing sequence.
