Makerbase MKS DLC32 V2.1 controller doesn't respond!

They plug into the controller board TMC2208 not the stepper motors .

when i got these today i got 2 little wires with them black and white…

I think from what you are saying is that the laser is working and your only problem is stepper motors?
Where did the stepper motor cables come from?

Dont think i mentioned them the only cables I talking about are them the console is showing its doing all the commands the laser turns on its just the motors don’t move I have the firmware in and the Ch340 cant think of anything i have missed.

You may need to confirm that the wiring between the board and steppers are correct.
I don’t think there is a standard for stepper terminals or board pinout.

Still in bed at the time this was written, and my brother as a meter to test wire’s I was thinking this last night as everything work’s but no just movement I dont think it is far off was also of thinking of setting my machine back to factory settings after some told me to change a few things in setting ?

yes and them 2 wires black and white that came with the TMC 2208 stepper motor drivers x 2

Check if the TMC 2208 V3 in STEP/DIR mode.
UART are not working.
The solder bridge for UART mode is V3 most set and can be re-soldered for DIR/STEP mode

I don’t have a clue what that is this machine worked 8 days ago till i put a Makerbase MKS dlc32 on it now it doesn’t want to know me , Everything but the stepper motors work.

According to labeling on the board the outside wires should go to one set of stepper windings and the center ones go to the other set.
