I have a problem with the material cutting settings. I have a new Vevor CO2 130W RUIDA controller. Bad cut at a speed of 22 mms/sec
Not sure what is the tip or trick you share, there… 
You say this is a new machine. Does this also appear at other speeds? Does it appear when engraving, not cutting?
It appears to be mechanical to me.
I will assume that if you cut a square of the same size and with the same parameter, you will not see these patterns.
How clearly you can see this effect depends on how big your steps of the steppe motor are and together with the rest of the machine can emulate a circle. (that’s at least my theory)

In picture it is symbolized what I mean. In the square, the laser does not move in small notches and “changes direction” before the corners, the laser beam burns its own round shape in the straight movement line, with its largest outer dimension as a result.
