Is anyone using the lifecam hd 3000 as their lightburn camera, having trouble setting it up

If anyone ever sees this or has camera issues with getting their camera seen in lightburn check this solution, set your camera to be accessible to apps AND set microphones to be accessible to apps, as soon as I did this the camera popped up in the viewfinder when I selected my camera, dumb I know but it worked.
