I used my laser Saturday, did the update and worked on designs but have not tried to engrave anything until tonight.
Went through the regular routine and nothing, all I get is this
I have changed USB cables, shut down/restarted, etc… but am now over my head…
Hopefully someone can help get use back up as we have some deadlines for Mother’s Day - thank you in advance for any insight…
