My image is coming out inverted after it’s been lasered

Hello I have the XTool D1 laser, I turned on my laser this morning and went to burn a coaster and it came out inverted. The image shows correctly on the screen but burns inverted. After this I hit mirror to see if that would correct the issue, it did not. When I use the software from XTool it burns correct. Can someone please tell me what’s going on, I like Lightburn much better than Laserbox…
