My license portal is empty and no answer from support@

Hi!
I have log into the license portal, and it is empty.
I have emailed twice to Support@LightBurnSoftware.com but got no answer.
I need help, the trial time is about to expire on my laptop (I had to formar it, and need un-licensing it and re-licence it)

What problem are you trying to solve for that’s leading you to go to the license portal?

What do you mean that it’s empty? Are you saying you are able to login but that no key is showing for the account?

Yes, I can log but no key is shown

I am able to view your current seat allocations for a 3 seat GCode key using the email you use here to login. There have been bounces when trying to reply to your “.org” address.
