My neje 3 max v2 worked fine with the original frame size (460x810) but when I extended to (1030x810) it only recognized the (460x810) area won’t go to the other part.
Is there a x,y change needed in LB settings.
Is there a firmware update needed.
How do I know if I need a x,y change?
and also how do i see where to update the firmware?
thank you
my LB is up to date
Hi Ashley
I’m not sure because I’m not running lightburn yet…broken hardrive & building enclosure for laser.
Have you checked for similar topics using the search box. I would think someone has had this problem and previously posted about it…most issues are covered there.
Is your x/y frame mesurement in your settings screens as (460x810).
I dont know about the firmware regarding frame extension, but I thought maybe you might find some instruction on the site you purchased from…or google the question and see what comes up.
I’ll see if I can identify a similar question in the ‘search topics’.
Type $$ in the console window and check your settings $130 and $131.

i was able to get it done! thank you for your support!!!
i hope this stays so people can fix this issue right away
this is what i did in my case:
console tab on the right write $$ and is going to show some numbers, check if $130 and $131 match the size you want, if not, after that,
write in the console tab $130=810 (for the X) press ENTER should say “ok” and $131=1030 (for the Y) press ENTER should say “ok” and problem solved!
thank you again.
thank you for your support i was able to get it done
That’s good news ashley. In the ‘Doc’s’ section as posted by Profile - parsec - LightBurn Software Forum you will find all info about using lightburn and using Qsearch will list previous topics and questions.
When or if you cannot find the info you need by searching, then you can ask on the forum in the relevant topic area and if you provide screenshots of your machine settings, machine type and a good description of the issue, you will get help faster & also photo’s related to your question are most helpful.
Good luck with your making.
