Nach einem Update des Neje Programms und auch von Lightburn bekomme ich keinen Kontakt mehr zu dem Laser. An meinem Rechner habe ich 2 USB Anschlüsse bei dem Neje Programm bekomme ich nur über den einen USB kontakt zum Laser und über Lightburn reagiert der Laser nur über den anderen USB. Allerdings höre ich dann nur ein summen und kann keine Bewegung durchführen. Die Updates habe ich gemacht weil ich früher nie den Nullpunkt (links hinten) einstellen konnte ohne das sich die Achsen vertauscht haben.
Leider kann ich auch kein Englisch somit ist´s mit dem Support auch ein wenig schwierig.
Hier noch die generierten Supportdaten.

After an update of the Neje program and also of Lightburn, I no longer get any contact with the laser. On my computer I have 2 USB connections with the Neje program I only get contact to the laser via one USB and the laser only reacts via Lightburn via the other USB. However, I then only hear a buzzing and cannot carry out any movement. I made the updates because in the past I could never set the zero point (back left) without the axes swapping.
Unfortunately, I don’t speak English either, so it’s a little difficult with support.

The support data generates a puddle of information that can be translated by the kind folks at Support@Lightburnsoftware.com - I don’t believe that it’s necessary to contact them just yet.

First, I believe that one good USB cable from the computer to the Neje engraver should be sufficient.

Have you used the Neje engraver with your Windows 10 computer previously? If so, you will have already installed the CH340 driver and you are on to the next step. If not - please ask and I will help you install the driver.

Start LightBurn and connect your engraver to the computer with one USB cable. You will want to look at two windows ‘Console’ and ‘Laser’.

Look in the Console window to see if you have the welcome message. I point at it with an arrow below.

If you have the welcome message or something similar you are connected. If you are not connected and the console is saying ‘Waiting for connection’ or something similar this is the next step.

In the ‘Laser’ window at the bottom, there are three boxes. You want to be certain that the box at the far right says GRBL and nothing else. Then click the middle bottom button and see what options you have and select a different COM port if you are not yet connected. It is possible that LightBurn wasn’t finding the USB port that was assigned by the computer to the Neje. Wait a few seconds and see if the welcome message now appears in the console window. Repeat this until you see the welcome message or run out of options.

I believe the two usb cable method may be causing problems.

Allerdings komme ich hier nicht weiter. Woher der Befehl M2 kommt ist mir unbekannt.

For info, Benbox laser 3.1 never used to be supported by Lightburn, users flashed the controller with GRBL 1.1 F.
I am going back some time here so this may well have changed

Mit GRBL funktioniert die Bewegung wieder.
X-Achse stimmt, Y-Achse ist invertiert, Homing funktioniert nicht

X axis is correct, Y axis is inverted, homing does not work

You can invert the Y axis by changing the $2 command to $2=2.
Probably best to copy your settings before making any changes.

$2=2 ändert nichts an der Achsbewegung!

$2=2 does not change anything in the axis movement!

$2=0 will make the Y axis behave backwards to the way it behaves when $2=2

Mit $3=6 hat es funktioniert. Die Achsen stimmen jetzt.
Meine weiteren Baustellen sind jetzt:
Laserleistung ist nicht so hoch wie bei dem Original Neje Programm
Das Bild wird gespiegelt gelasert

Vielleicht gibt es für die Beiden anderen “Probleme” auch noch einen Tipp.

UPDATE:
Das Bild wird jetzt wieder richtig gelasert. Warum auch immer, vielleicht auch wegen dem Lightburn Update 1.1.03.
Die Laserleistung ist immer noch schlecht :unamused:. Bin für jeden Tipp zu haben.
