Newest update has me screwed for the first time

I’ve been running and paying for updates for 3-4 years and this is the first time an update has bit me in the butt. Did the update and now it won’t automatically find my laser, it seems all my file cut settings are lost, and all of my laser settings are lost.

I tried the CONTACT link on the website and it just puts me in this crazy loop that won’t let me send an email. I’ve been extremely pleased with Lightburn, but I’m feeling a little more than ticked off and frustrated right now.

Can anyone help with ANY ACTUAL CONTACT INFO for Lightburn?

You are not the first to report an issue with an xTool machine. You can just reinstall v2.0.05 to roll back to the working version. There is no need to uninstall first.
