I just installed a JTECH 7watt laser on my Shapeoko XXL. Lightburn is not able to automatically find my laser, so I can start the initial setup. I tried 3 different USB ports, resetting machine, resetting laser, resetting computer, and hit the reset button on the laser driver. Is anyone able to help get my laser connected?
You always have the option to set up a device profile manually. Have you had a chance to review this:

And, Try setting $10=0 - I think the JTech article is still missing this.
