Buon giorno ho acquistato il laser master2 della ortur ma purtroppo non si accende il laser e non si muovono nemmeno i carrelli avanti e indietro la macchina si accende ma senza dare segno di vita. appena installata e accesa, si muovevano tutti gli assi ma sul suo programma di installazione non apparivano, nemmeno i pulsanti per accendere e spegnere il laser. dopo che sono riuscito a installare e capire tramite il programma come installare i pulsanti per comandare l’accensione e spegnimento del laser non funzionano più i carrelli di movimento e nemmeno il laser si accende. volevo sapere se si può fare un reset o e difettoso il laser sapendo che ci sono state altre situazioni come la mia potete farmi sapere al più presto perchè lo acquistato per lavoro grazie mille
