I read this and tried but failed to fix my error.
Running Boss Laser 1420 with Ruida controller and latest version of Lightburn 1.703 on my Mac.
This is the first time I’m seeing this error. I rotated a simple svg. It runs the frame just fine. I ran a test job and it worked. I made the item a little bigger, put in my final piece to burn and this error.
I tried using SEND instead of running from the Mac, no difference.

I’d suggest slowing down. 41 in/s is likely faster than your machine can even move within the boundary of your machine unless you have some very robust machinery.
This will then reduce the required overscan area.
You are running insanely high speeds. I suggest changing to mm/s as units such that you can compare your speeds to the rest of the world. Your overscan will get very long if you are running at that speeds.

The main tip off is that the preview shows a massive overscan.
Make use of the preview function, it’s one of the best parts of Lightburn.
We all are at one point or another… don’t let it keep you up at night. Just move on and forget it.
