Not framing, just goes back and forth

I’m having trouble with the frame button. Everytime I try to use it, it just goes back and forth in front of my material. it doesn’t frame like it is supposed to.

Sense we don’t have any information i doubt if your going to get much help. Screen shots of settings, main screen, and file you are trying to frame

I am having the worst trouble. I have a Genmitsu Kiosk and I am having trouble with it not framing like it should. I wasn’t having issues but now I am. I have looked for videos on my issue but don’t seem to find any. All it does is move back and forth from left to right, it doesn’t move in the square like before. Please I need an answer!

Can you jog the machine normally in all directions? Does the machine home correctly on startup ?

Have you enabled rotary or somesuch?

You haven’t provided any detailed information as requested so i cant be of any help. You wont get any help on this issue unless you provide more detailed information. You cant just throw out a problem and expect everyone to guess what the status of your machine is. Hope you figure this out.
