Nudge Offset Adjustment

I would like to know if it is possible to adjust the nudge offset distance when using the cursor keys to move vectors.

Move

• Arrow keys move the current selection
• Shift + arrow moves in large steps
• Ctrl/⌘ + arrow moves in small steps
