Okay so here’s the situation. I have an HP 4540s runs. My 3D printers runs several other things perfectly fine. I go to use the laser engraver. It sees it down in devices but when I open up light burn it will not do anything. It doesn’t see it. I tried doing the grbl thing. I’ve gone through a rabbit hole of things. I go grab my wife’s laptop which is Toshiba satellite with a fresh build on Windows 10 just like mine is and it’s saw the laser right away. What’s going on with my computer hands upgrade or under Windows device manager? I’m going to go and compare the differences between the two computers and the only thing I know that’s different between the two computers is my wife uses cricut software

Expand ports and disks
Power on the OLM2 S2 but keep it unplugged Let it home

SEarch for unrecognized devices too when you plug
