Ortur Laser Master 2 20w says READY but does not activate

Using Lightburn. Software says ready, hit home and Ortur will not move. Software then says BUSY and returns to READY shortly afterwards.Have BLUE and RED light both showing behind reset button.

My laser is doing the same.
This is what its saying. I’ve never had this problem before.

The power is on, blue light is on, red light is blinking on the laser.
Nothing happens. It won’t home, it won’t move at all.

I restarted my computer and this is what it says:
